The Church of San Francesco in Borgo San Lorenzo hosts on Sunday 8 November 2026 the fourth appointment of the Gloriosus Franciscus series, included in the calendar of celebrations for the Eighth Franciscan Centenary. The afternoon opens at 4 pm with the talk by Marco Pinelli, "L'architettura francescana in Mugello e i suoi legami con la Regola", dedicated to the relationship between Franciscan spirituality, architecture and the Mugello territory. This will be followed by the concert of the Ensemble Anonima Frottolisti, in collaboration with L'Homme Armé, with music of the Franciscan tradition between the 13th and 14th centuries. The initiative is promoted by the Municipality of Borgo San Lorenzo with the Università dell'Età Libera del Mugello and Auser.
