Summer cinema series for children and teenagers

The Municipality of Castelfranco di Sotto organizes a traveling film series for children and teenagers, with free admission, in August 2026. The screenings will take place in the main town and in the hamlets of Orentano and Villa Campanile, for a total of 6 events. The initiative is funded by the Ministry for Family Policies and aims to offer moments of socializing and socio-educational activities for young people.
Commemorazione dell'Eccidio del Padule di Fucecchio

The Municipality of Castelfranco di Sotto participates in the joint commemoration of the Massacre of the Padule di Fucecchio, which will take place on August 23, 2026 in Ponte Buggianese, at the Dogana del Capannone area. The ceremony is promoted by the Municipality of Monsummano Terme, the coordinating body of the Committee of Municipalities and Provinces affected by the tragedy.

Domenica 13 settembre 2026 si terrà la 13ª edizione della "Scarpinata delle Cerbaie", marcia podistica non competitiva organizzata dalla Pro Loco Galleno Podismo. L'iniziativa promuove l'attività sportiva, la salute e la coesione sociale, valorizzando il territorio.
14ª Sagra del Porcino e della Chianina

Torna a Castelfranco di Sotto la 14ª edizione della Sagra del Porcino e della Chianina, organizzata dall'Associazione Casa del Popolo ARCI A.P.S. La manifestazione si svolge nei fine settimana dal 3 ottobre al 1° novembre 2026, con stand gastronomici, musica e iniziative collaterali. La sagra richiama visitatori da tutta la Toscana e da fuori regione.
