I Venerdì del Sasso is a summer festival organized by the Pro Loco La Fumarola that enlivens the village of Sasso Pisano with evenings of music, dinners in the square, and entertainment. Each event combines the tasting of local specialties with live shows, attracting numerous visitors every year. The festival ends in late August with the Feast of the Patron Saint, the highlight of the season that brings the community together in a festive and traditional atmosphere.

On the occasion of the musical evenings organized by the Alfio Benincasa Association, the Municipality of Castelnuovo di Val di Cecina authorizes a market in the public gardens of Piazzale Roma. The market will be held on July 18 and 30, August 20 and 27, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 12:30 AM. Agricultural businesses, food and beverage establishments, and artisan enterprises may participate.
