On 3 and 4 October 2026, the 41st edition of the Mercatino dei Ragazzi returns to Grosseto, organized by the Comitato per la Vita – OdV with the patronage of the Municipality. The event takes place in the squares of the historic center (Piazza Esperanto, Piazza De Maria and Piazza Dante) with stalls, children's activities and demonstrations. On Sunday 4 October, from 3 PM to 6 PM, children can take part in a circuit walk with ponies in Piazza Dante, while in Piazza De Maria there will be a demonstration by retired firefighters called “Pompieropili”. In case of bad weather, the event will be postponed to the following weekend (10-11 October).
No transit and parking with forced removal in Piazza Esperanto, Piazza De Maria and Piazza Dante from 7:00 AM on 2 October until 1:00 PM on 5 October (with different time slots for each area).
