Estate da Vivere 2026

From June 19 to September 19, the historic center of Massa and Piazza Aranci host "Estate da Vivere 2026", the summer festival organized by the Associazione Centro Commerciale Naturale Massa da Vivere with the patronage of the Municipality. It starts on Friday, June 19 with "La Notte Magica", the opening evening of a packed calendar of free events designed to enliven the streets of the center. The program blends culture, fairy tales, music, and shopping under the stars. Among the scheduled events: "La valigia delle storie" every Friday from June 19 to August 7, "La notte dei bambini" (July 3), "La notte dei saldi" (July 4), "Visit Massa" on Fridays from July 3 to August 28, "Una notte da fiaba" (July 24), "Festa d'agosto" (August 7), "Lo sbarazzo" (August 21), and "Massa 33 giri" (September 19). An opportunity to experience the historic center in a different way, with family activities and themed evenings.
Estività 2026

Estività 2026 is the summer events program organized by the Municipality of Massa to enliven the city center, the hamlets, the historic villas and the mountain villages. From June 27 to September 24, squares, parks and open-air theaters host concerts, theater performances, cultural reviews and events for all ages. The program opens with the traditional Notte Bianca and continues with big names such as Gianni Morandi, the Vertical Summer Tour by Radio Deejay, the theater review Palcoscenici Stellati and the Premio Mercurio d'Argento. Also returning are Massa Picta, the fireworks shows, Radio Divina, Come Fuoco, Teen Dreams and La Notte delle Stelle, together with many other initiatives spread across Villa della Rinchiostra, Marina di Massa, the Cloister of the Diocesan Museum, Piazza Aranci and the Beach Arena of Partaccia.
Rassegna Palcoscenici Stellati 2026

From Sunday 28 June to Saturday 12 September 2026, Palcoscenici Stellati returns to Massa, the multidisciplinary summer festival promoted by the Municipality and Fondazione Toscana Spettacolo. A program spread across squares, historic villas, villages, the coast and symbolic places of the area, which become natural backdrops. The program includes theatre, music, dance and circus, with artists such as Carolina Benvenga, Cesare Bocci, Paolo Ruffini, Luca Argentero and Stefano Fresi. A section dedicated to the youngest, Costellazione Orione, enriches the offer for children and families. Shows start at 9:30 PM, with free admission for some events and paid tickets for others (prices vary from 12 to 55 euros depending on the show).
Laguna delle Orche – Aquatic Playground

From June 30 to August 30, 2026, at the sports field in Via Casola in Marina di Massa, the attraction "Laguna delle Orche", an aquatic playground for children and families, will be set up. The initiative, managed by the sole proprietorship Peluffo Cesare, includes a calendar of summer events with free admission for children and accompanying adults, as well as reduced access for people with disabilities and their companions.

Paintings, textiles, porcelain and goldsmith works from the churches of the Diocese of Massa Carrara-Pontremoli and from public and private collections in the area tell the influence of distant cultures on the local ecclesiastical heritage. The exhibition highlights the contaminations born from centuries of exchanges with exotic worlds, offering an unprecedented look at sacred objects and artifacts that combine European tradition with Eastern, African and American suggestions. The exhibition, set up in the halls of the Museo Diocesano di Massa, offers a journey through works that testify how fashions, cults and extravagances from other continents have left traces in the art and devotion of the territory.
Estività - Summer Events in Piazza Aranci

The Massa summer returns to enliven Piazza Aranci with a lineup mixing big names from music, theater, and TV. The series, part of the Estività 2026 program, kicks off on July 5 with a family show by Carolina Benvenga and closes on September 24 with a concert by Gianni Morandi. Highlights include a tribute to Lucio Battisti with Cesare Bocci, Paolo Ruffini's comedy in 'Baby Sitter', the pop energy of Gaia and Santi Francesi, and evenings dedicated to the soundtracks of John Williams and Queen. On August 30, Cristina D'Avena and Gem Boy return, while on September 12 Luca Argentero brings his show 'È questa la vita che sognavo da bambino' to the square.
36ª Sagra della Trippa

The Sagra della Trippa returns for its 36th edition with five evenings dedicated to one of the most beloved dishes of popular tradition. Every evening, starting at 7:30 PM, the food stalls offer tripe cooked according to the local recipe, accompanied by other typical dishes and wine. The event combines good food with live music and dancing, with orchestras and bands alternating on stage until late evening. A summer staple for those who want to enjoy genuine flavors in a festive and convivial atmosphere.

Commemorazione dell'eccidio delle Guadine 24 agosto 1944/2026

Cerimonia di commemorazione dell'eccidio nazifascista avvenuto a Guadine il 24 agosto 1944, organizzata dall'Associazione Culturale Eventi sul Frigido. L'iniziativa, patrocinata dal Comune di Massa, si svolge presso il monumento ai caduti delle Guadine e mira a mantenere viva la memoria storica e a trasmettere i valori antifascisti su cui si fonda la Costituzione Italiana.

50° Giro della Lunigiana – arrivo tappa Fivizzano-Marina di Massa

Il 50° Giro della Lunigiana, importante gara a tappe per ciclismo juniores (atleti 17-18 anni), fa tappa a Marina di Massa con arrivo a Piazza Bad Kissingen. La manifestazione, organizzata dalla SSD Casano arl, è un evento sportivo di livello internazionale che attrae giovani atleti da tutto il mondo e viene trasmessa in diretta streaming e sui TG regionali. L'arrivo della tappa Fivizzano-Marina di Massa è previsto per l'11 settembre 2026.

L'evento fa parte della programmazione estiva cittadina e prevede l'accesso a pagamento con diverse fasce di prezzo: poltronissima 100 €, poltrona 80 €, parterre numerato 60 €, parterre laterale 40 €. Sono previste tariffe agevolate con sconto del 20% per i possessori di disability card e condizioni specifiche per spettatori con disabilità.
