Sagra dello Stinco e de' tagliarini co' fagioli

In Massarosa, at the former Zoo Park area of Piano del Quercione, the festival returns celebrating two classics of Tuscan tradition: oven-roasted pork shank and tagliarini with beans. The 2026 edition spans three long weekends (August 13-16, 20-23, and 27-30), with food stalls open every evening from 7:30 PM. In addition to the signature dishes, the menu offers tordelli with ragù, spaghetti allo scoglio, maccheroni alla trabaccolara, fried fish, and other land and sea specialties, accompanied by Tuscan wines. The evening continues with dancing on two separate floors: one dedicated to traditional ballroom dancing with a live orchestra, the other to Latin American music and 70s and 80s revival with a DJ.
Sagra della Bruschetta

The Confraternita di Misericordia di Quiesa organizes the traditional Sagra della Bruschetta, an event that combines taste and conviviality. The event takes place from August 16 to 30, 2026 at the G. del Soldato area in the Molinaccio locality in Quiesa. During the festival, there is also a tombola, for evenings full of fun.

The long-awaited Porcini Mushroom Festival (Sagra del Fungo Porcino) returns to Massarosa, an unmissable event for lovers of good food and authentic flavors. The event takes place from 18 to 30 August 2026 in the locality of La Gulfa Stiava, with food stalls, music and festive moments. During the festival, the traditional tombola is also planned.
Notte Rosa in via Cenami

La Notte Rosa in via Cenami è una manifestazione organizzata dal Comune di Massarosa che si terrà il 27 agosto 2026 nel capoluogo. L'evento animerà via Spada Cenami e piazza Vittorio Veneto con iniziative di pubblico interesse. Per l'occasione, sono previste modifiche alla viabilità: divieto di transito e sosta con rimozione coatta nel tratto di via Spada Cenami compreso tra il bar Antico Caffè e via Vallecava, nonché in piazza Vittorio Veneto, dalle 14:00 alle 24:00. Viene istituito un senso unico di marcia su via 4 Novembre e modifiche alla circolazione in altre vie limitrofe.
Gora Fest

The Gora Fest returns to Quiesa for the first weekend of September with food stalls, music and entertainment in Piazza Talini and Piazza della Chiesa. The 2026 edition, themed 'Pais Tropical', enlivens the evenings of Friday 5 and Saturday 6 September with the Mostro della Gora, a goliardic mascot, roaming the alleys of the village.
