From 6 to 8 November 2026, SI.EVO returns, the Valdisieve oil festival, spread across Rufina, Pelago and Pontassieve. Three days dedicated to extra virgin olive oil and new oil, with tastings, markets and initiatives linked to the area's olive-growing tradition. Local producers are the protagonists: visitors can meet the companies that grow and press olives in Valdisieve and taste their oils, to understand how the supply chain of these hills works. The official opening is on Friday 6 November at 6 pm in the Sala Emilio Rombenchi of Villa Poggio Reale, in Rufina, with the presentation of the three-day programme and a toast with fettunta and sparkling wine. The festival is promoted by the Comune di Rufina.
