From August 11 to September 2, 2026, the Festa del Partito Democratico takes place in Sarteano, with food stalls and social gatherings. The event is held in the area of the Palazzetto dello Sport in Viale Amiata, where kitchens and catering equipment are set up.
Sarteano Jazz & Blues 2026 – XXXVII Edizione

The Sarteano Jazz & Blues festival returns for its 37th edition, with a rich program of concerts and events. The festival opens on August 18 with the 'Sarteano Barocca' section (three concerts with organist Stefan Kofler and the Meran Baroque Ensemble), continues with five days of jazz and blues with artists such as Mauro Grossi, Noa Trio, Flo Quartett, Alessandro Lanzoni and the young musicians of the DAM2 Quartett. Side events include the final concert of the jazz campus, visual art exhibitions and comics dedicated to Miles Davis. Closing on September 18 at the Castle of Sarteano with Omar Pedrini and a local rock band.
Equestrian Event ASD AVALON

On August 23, 2026, an equestrian event organized by ASD AVALON will take place in Sarteano, with area preparation starting from August 19. The event will be held in the green area of Piano di Mengole, between Via degli Spartitoi and Via Traversa del Saracino.
