Through images and paintings, the exhibition explores the theme of gender-based violence, examining contexts of suffering but also paths of redemption, resilience and personal rebirth. The initiative aims to stimulate reflection on the maternal role and on the female figure in society, countering all forms of physical and psychological abuse. The exhibition is organised by the Associazione Culturale ArtisticaMente in co-organisation with the Provincia di Lucca, owner of the villa, and is addressed to all citizens and visitors.
