L'amante
Teatro dei Differenti
Based on the work of Harold Pinter, 'L'amante' is an intense two-voice drama that explores the dynamics of a couple torn between marital routine and clandestine erotic games. On the stage of the Teatro dei Differenti, Giorgio Marchesi and Simonetta Solder bring to life Richard and Sarah, husband and wife who meet every day in the roles of lover and prostitute, in a psychological labyrinth where roles blur and truth slips away. The play, among the most famous of contemporary theater, investigates with irony and tension the boundary between fiction and desire, offering a ruthless look at the hypocrisies of the bourgeoisie. An unmissable appointment of the 2026/2027 prose season of the Barga theater.
