Isola del Giglio (GR)
The island of Giglio, with its granite coast, hosts the traditional Festa delle cantine. For four days, the ancient cellars carved into the rock open their doors to visitors and residents, offering tastings of local wines, typical products and dishes of Gigliese cuisine. The route winds through charming alleys and squares, accompanied by live music and itinerant shows. An opportunity to discover the authentic flavors of the island in a convivial atmosphere.
Sausage Festival
Civitella Paganico (GR)
The Sausage Festival takes place in the town center of Pari, with food stalls and attractions. The event is organized by the Associazione Sette Colli Pari. To allow the event to take place, changes to traffic are planned with parking and transit bans in several streets and squares of the historic center.
Ponticino in Festa 2026
Laterina Pergine Valdarno (AR)
Ponticino in Festa 2026 is a three-day event organized by the Parish of SS. Jacopo and Cristoforo in Ponticino, in collaboration with local associations. The event takes place in Piazza Don Alcide Lazzeri and along a closed section of the S.S. 69, with food stalls, evening entertainment, and social gatherings. Admission is free, while food and drinks are paid. Friday and Saturday evenings start at 7:00 PM and end by midnight, while on Sunday the start is scheduled for 2:30/3:00 PM, always closing by midnight.
Sagra delle Focaccette, Festa d'Autunno
Licciana Nardi (MS)
The Sagra delle Focaccette enlivens for three weekends the Piazza della Pieve in Monti, a hamlet of Licciana Nardi, organized by the parish of Santa Maria Assunta together with ANSPI. An autumn event that combines homemade flavors and community spirit. On the menu, the focaccette stand out, prepared according to the traditional recipe, together with first courses and apple fritters. The covered tables allow you to enjoy each dish in a convivial atmosphere, even on cooler evenings. Music and entertainment for all ages complete the evenings, turning the square into a meeting point for families and visitors.
Sagra della Polenta
Tresana (MS)
The Sagra della Polenta in Tresana, at the Parco Fiera, offers autumn dishes based on polenta with goat, porcini mushrooms, and ragù. There are also tagliatelle, cod fritters, and beans with sausage. Organized by the Associazione Le mie radici, it takes place over four days: September 19, 20, 26, and 27. On Sundays, it is also open for lunch.

The Cafaggio Racing ASD Association, in collaboration with the Agriturismo La Fontanella, organizes an evening of good food and fun. The event takes place on Saturday, September 26, starting at 7:00 PM at Tenuta La Fontanella in Suvereto (LI). The menu includes mixed grill, vegetable skewers, porchetta sandwiches and hot dogs, accompanied by aperitifs and cocktails made with the winery's wines.

Il Rione Porta Carraia organizza la tradizionale festa rionale nel centro storico di Peccioli, con stand gastronomici, musica e intrattenimento. Le vie e piazze del centro storico saranno pedonalizzate per garantire la sicurezza dei partecipanti. La cucina mobile sarà posizionata tra la pedana e il loggiato di Piazza del Popolo, mentre tavoli, panche e gazebo occuperanno le piazze e le vie limitrofe.
Sagra del Tortello
Vaiano (PO)
Sagra del Tortello organizzata dal Circolo Ricreativo Spola d'Oro a La Briglia, frazione di Vaiano. L'evento, che vanta una tradizione di oltre 30 anni, promuove un prodotto gastronomico tipico locale. La manifestazione si svolge in via B. Fattori e prevede la somministrazione di tortelli e altre specialità, con l'obiettivo di favorire l'aggregazione e la socialità.

L'Associazione A.S.D. Olympia Gambassi Terme organizza l'Unionfesta, un evento che si terrà il 27 settembre 2026 a Gambassi Terme. La manifestazione è patrocinata dal Comune di Gambassi Terme e prevede l'occupazione gratuita del suolo pubblico. L'iniziativa è aperta a tutta la comunità e rappresenta un'occasione di aggregazione sociale e culturale.
Bianco, Nero, Santo – Le Notti del Vino

Domenica 27 settembre 2026, nell'ambito dell'iniziativa enoturistica nazionale "Le Notti del Vino" promossa dall'Associazione Nazionale Città del Vino, si terrà l'evento "Bianco, Nero, Santo" dedicato alla valorizzazione del Vin Santo e delle produzioni vitivinicole del territorio. L'appuntamento è presso il Chiostro di San Francesco, all'interno della manifestazione "I Giorni di Bacco" organizzata dal Terziere di Porta Fiorentina. La Pro Loco di Castiglion Fiorentino cura il supporto logistico e organizzativo.
